Had the pleasure of stopping into this place over the Xmas Break and was instantly in love with the charm and simpleness of the place. Small Forest produces small batches of beautiful wines and is set in cosy barn/outhouse where you can taste the wines over a chat with the owner and her cute playful dog Muku.I will also mentioned that she is a master in the art of making sake or judging sake on a international level and host sake tasting events as well.Make sure to check small forest winery out in the upper hunter region. Worth the drive for the wine and vibe.
